is arthritis?

you more likely to get arthritis.

Common symptoms of arthritis include pain, redness, heat, and swelling in
your joints.
Remedies:
Swelling and stiffness of the joints are troublesome in people with arthritis. Medication is important for this but home remedies are also good. In particular, applying heat and applying ice cubes can relieve the pain. A hot cup will increase blood flow to the joints. Stiffness is reduced. Applying ice cubes will reduce swelling and inflammation. These can be used depending on their characteristics. You can apply heat and ice several times a day, but not for more than 15-20 minutes at a time. Arthritis associated with psoriasis can also be relieved with turmeric. It is a good antioxidant. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.
