Sweating at night is not a big problem. There is no need to worry about this many times. But sometimes these can be a sign of serious problems.  Disease of Thyroid:

Some types of infections can also cause night sweats. The most important of these is tuberculosis. It also includes fever and cough. Burning sensation in Chest:

Perspiration can also be caused by the acid in the digestive tract coming up into the throat (GERD). This includes inflammation and pain in the chest. People with GERD are advised to eat less food. Avoid fried, tea, coffee and cold drinks.

Cancers:

In the early stages of some types of cancers, such as Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, sweating occurs at night. In addition to sweating, there is also a slight fever.

Hyperhidrosis:

This is a rare problem. In this, the body produces more sweat for no reason. This is not a serious problem, but it is annoying. Taking sweat-reducing medications, wearing loose clothes, and wearing light sandals are good for this.

  • Exercising during the day to decrease stress and help you get restful sleep at night
  • Wearing loose, light clothing while sleeping to stay cool
  • Using a bedside fan
  • Maintaining a healthy weight
